#### 1. Issue a Item

Which item is issued for which person should have to add in the begin of the form. For Submission which kind of **user**,his name and if he is **student**then his class,section also mandatory. Issue and return date, item category, item name and it's quantity should have to submit before final submission.

After submission the **issued item list** is shown here. If super admin wants, he can return the issued item. Status will show which item is issued and return.
